What this site is for and how to read the reports.

This site collects visual reports from exercised scenarios and shorter notes on wargame design and method.

Reports are exercised scenarios, not forecasts. Each one shows who played, what they wanted, what they did turn by turn, how it ended, and what to watch in the real world. Use the Easy / Normal / Deep switch at the top of a report to choose how much detail you see.

Notes are shorter pieces — design thinking, method, and lessons from running games.
